About The Position

Fire & Ice Heating and Air is looking for a talented plumbing sales professional to join our team.
The Role
Diagnoses sewer/plumbing/drain issues in a customer’s home, and presents repair options directly to the customer through the sales process.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Plumbing Sales experience
• Valid Drivers License (Clean driving record)
• Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Willingness to Work as Part of a Team

Responsibilities

• Consult plumbing and sewer issues, and prepare repair estimates.
• Executes the sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer.
• Creates job bids in accordance with company profit goals.
• Thoroughly prepare statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team.
• Communicate with customer through entire project, and ensure customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project.
• Participate in training events and shares lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team.
• Assists customers with financing options for project.
