A&J Property Restoration is located in Waukesha. We are a local company specializing in Mitigation and Restoration for both residential and commercial customers. As a provider of water, mold, and fire damage property mitigation and restoration services, we are professional and agile, and our goal is to deliver a 5-star experience to every customer. We are actively looking to hire an experienced, hard-working, and enthusiastic sales professional as an Outside Sales Manager. This Sales Manager will focus on our Water Damage Restoration division and build relationships with other companies in our area. This position focuses on creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between our company and other service providers. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities
