Requirements

5+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
NC Plumbing License (P1/P2)
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, installations, repairs, and job costing.
Proven ability to develop teams and create a positive, high-performance culture.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
A builder’s mindset—someone who thrives in developing new processes and achieving results.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and successful launch of RA Hoy’s new plumbing department.
Establish workflows, service standards, performance metrics, and best practices.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing plumbing team.
Work closely with branch leadership to align operational goals and growth targets.
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, quality control, and customer service standards.
Perform estimates, review job scopes, and ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
Monitor department KPIs including revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Support field staff with technical expertise as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
