About The Position

Our Hayden, ID office is hiring a results-driven problem solver to join us full-time and help our clients with whatever they need. You'll occasionally deal with unhappy clients and gruff personalities, so we need someone who doesn't take things personally and can de-escalate heated discussions. If you meet the following qualifications, apply to become our new Plumbing Customer Service Rep: You'll work closely with clients, management, and the technicians to provide seamless plumbing services. If an unhappy person calls, you'll professionally handle the situation and do what you can to make things right. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a trade industry
  • Thick skin with the ability to communicate with unhappy people and handle rough personalities
  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations and achieve positive outcomes
  • Dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to use computers and communicate over the phone
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Friendly attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • Commitment to working with a team and getting the job done right

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a CRM or scheduling software

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls, responding to online inquiries, and accurately scheduling service appointments
  • Coordinating technicians' schedules and dispatching them to jobs efficiently
  • Informing customers about the technician's arrival time, letting them know about any updates, and following up after an appointment to ensure satisfaction
