We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who knows the trades (HVAC or Plumbing) inside and out, and knows how to connect with who matters most – our customers. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to lead, solve real problems, and build something that lasts. You’ll ensure daily customer satisfaction by connecting, communicating, and creating a positive atmosphere for our customers and technicians. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience required; HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a must)
  • Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues calmly

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage HVAC/Plumbing service and maintenance appointments
  • Dispatch technicians and communicate job details, changes, or delays
  • Create and update customer records, work orders, and service tickets
  • Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with billing questions
  • Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and unresolved issues
  • Support technicians with paperwork, parts requests, and job documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in dispatch or CRM software
  • Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, maintenance renewals, and promotions
  • Other related duties as assigned
