Join us to keep automation reliable, shop safety strong, and quality consistent. You will Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems on the floor Use PLCs, HMIs, and plant controls to quickly minimize downtime and validate fixes Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across equipment and building systems Interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals to accelerate root-cause analysis Support facility work such as welding, plumbing, and general repair tasks Record your work clearly and operate to safety policies and procedures

Requirements

2+ years in manufacturing maintenance or a comparable technical/trade program
Hands-on PLC/HMI and automation troubleshooting experience with strong electro-mechanical aptitude
Understanding of three-phase electrical systems, controls, and industrial machinery
A safety-minded, detail-focused, and team-oriented approach
Drive to learn new equipment and cross-train as operations evolve

LOTO, confined space, and forklift certifications/training

Responsibilities
