About The Position

PLC & HMI Systems Maintenance Specialist Where: New Castle, IN 47362 Pay: $30–$33.50 per hour Shift: Third shift (overnights) Your impact Troubleshoot and restore control systems and related equipment to optimal operation. Perform scheduled maintenance and detailed inspections on automation assets. Work with engineering teams to deploy system upgrades and reliability improvements. Document all maintenance actions, findings, and parts used. Help create and deliver training for control system users and technicians. Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Support production personnel with timely technical assistance. What we’re looking for Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation, or similar. Direct experience in a Controls Technician role or comparable position. Deep knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and automation workflows. Strong diagnostic abilities and a solutions-first approach. Team player who can also operate independently. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Availability for flexible hours, with occasional overtime as needed. Proficiency required PLC troubleshooting, programming, and wiring Mechanical troubleshooting and heavy equipment repair Electrical installation; 120/208/240/480V systems OSHA 10-hour certification Equipment and tech environment PLCs: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc HMI platforms VFDs Automotive Vehicles (Honda) Join a team that values precise maintenance, reliable uptime, and safety-first execution—especially when it matters most overnight.

Requirements
