If so, this position is for you! Saratoga Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY is looking to add a Player Relations Coordinator to the team. The Player Relations Coordinator will work closely with our Casino Hosts to ensure our Casino VIPs enjoy every visit to the property. Your Role: Our successful Player Relations Coordinator will promote outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team based environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work is completed.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent required.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years guest service experience.
  • Must have the ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Must have a systematic and process oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Must present a well-groomed professional appearance.
  • Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Player Development and Saratoga Club teams from preparation to execution of events, promotions, reservations and daily VIP programs.
  • Responds to and fulfills guests requests as approved based on play.
  • Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
  • Assists with maintaining relationships with VIP guests by providing excellent customer service through personal contact by phone and in person.
  • Anticipates, responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of internal clients.
  • Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on department initiatives.
  • Complies with and upholds company expectations including policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.
  • Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure.
  • Responsible for working effectively as a collaborative team player.
  • Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Able to lift and carry 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.
