The Community Development Team is seeking a Player Community Lead with deep live game and live ops experience to work on our mobile title, Twilight Towers. In this role, you will be embedded directly within the game team, ensuring community perspective is integrated into development and live operations in proven, scalable, and innovative ways. You will build strong cross-functional relationships, surface meaningful insights, and ensure our players feel represented, connected, and understood. You will lead feedback loops, drive real-time sentiment analysis, and actively contribute to live-ops planning and execution, shaping how community is woven directly into the live game experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with professionalism, and a passion for building communities where belonging is intentional and measurable. In order to represent the player you need to be a player. A deep commitment to understanding the live player experience in order to provide perspective, advocate for feedback and adequately communicate player facing information.
