The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for one of the following functions of Cashier, Main Banker, or Sportswriter. Verify all paperwork is accurately completed prior to sending to accounting/audit. Verify funds received and disbursed to other departments. Ensures that all local, state and federal rules and regulations are followed. Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, cash currency, and paperwork Ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed. Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members. Performs the duties of the Cashiers or Main Bankers when needed. Provides supervision to Player Services Reps I, II, and III. Any and all duties as assigned by your Assistant Shift Manager or Above. BRING US YOUR BEST. Must have experience with 10-key calculator and computer keyboards. Must also have previous experience with jet sort, coin roller, check cashing and credit card cash advance systems. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends, as business needs dictate. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
