About The Position

Do you make a great first impression and like being the go-to employee? As a Prairie Gold Representative, you will be one of the first faces our guests see and the go-to for all casino questions. Prairie Gold Representatives are an integral part of the marketing team at Prairie Meadows.

Requirements

• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of cash registers a plus.
• Must be able to ring up sales, balance registers, handle cash accurately, and dispense change.
• Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with the public.
• Basic typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Must be willing and able to learn computer software programs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a secondary smoke environment.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring guests are greeted and given property details and rewards program information.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company property, operations, community activities, promotions & special events.
• Promoting the Prairie Gold Rewards program and its benefits to guests and providing assistance with account setup and questions.
• Assisting with the execution of promotions and special events on property.
• Assisting the gift shop by creating and maintaining displays, operating cash register, and helping guests.
