About The Position

We are building a centralized platform team to own all internal systems, covering revenue tooling, HR, finance, security enablement, and observability. Instead of scattered ownership, everything runs through one intake, one roadmap, and one engineering function. You will help build that foundation. This role starts with GTM infrastructure (HubSpot + Clay) and expands into automation, internal systems, and reliability across the entire company.

Engineering experience is preferred, but not required. Proof of building things matters more than credentials.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve our HubSpot architecture including objects, workflows, scoring, and reporting.
Design ICP enrichment and outbound automation in Clay.
Integrate product and behavioral data into revenue workflows.
Create clean funnel visibility from lead to revenue to renewal.
Connect revenue, finance, and internal tools into a reliable prospect-to-cash flow.
Eliminate manual processes with scripts, APIs, and automation.
Stabilize and improve existing integrations before building new ones.
Monitor integrations for failure and data drift.
Implement logging, retries, and error handling.
Help standardize internal incident management and visibility.
Contribute to identity rollouts and access controls.
Improve internal workflows across HR, finance, and corporate apps.
Build systems that scale without increasing headcount.
