About The Position

This role provides the opportunity to own and operationalize the technical systems that drive go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for building workflows, automations, and signal engines across the GTM tech stack to accelerate revenue team efficiency and improve conversion outcomes. Acting as both a hands-on engineer and a project lead, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, orchestrate complex integrations, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role requires a combination of technical fluency, GTM domain expertise, and strong project management skills. You will influence key processes, streamline data flows, and create repeatable systems that support measurable business impact. Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, growth operations, automation engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, intent, engagement, analytics).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including data models, workflow automation, QA, and hygiene practices.
  • Experience designing and operationalizing Clay workflows or equivalent enrichment/orchestration tools.
  • Strong technical fluency: APIs, webhooks, data flows, automation logic, troubleshooting, and systems thinking.
  • Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Gong, 6sense, Vector, modern intent/data tooling ecosystems, scoring models, lifecycle automation, and prior management of junior team members or vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM Engineering initiatives from conception through delivery, including scoping, planning, design, QA, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Build and maintain Clay workflows and automations for enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and trigger-based actions.
  • Implement orchestration across systems including Salesforce, intent platforms, engagement tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Design and operationalize an intent/signals engine combining multiple data sources into actionable scoring models and workflow triggers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data/Engineering teams, including vendor management when needed.
  • Translate business and partner needs into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable deliverables.
  • Measure workflow performance, optimize processes, and iterate on technical solutions to maximize GTM impact.
