As a Platform Development Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the adoption of Sartorius technologies in early-phase gene therapy development. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Application Specialists to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions that create measurable value. What you will accomplish together with us: Partner with the sales team to build customer pipelines and assess strategic opportunities through process mapping. Explore technology options in early development phases and deliver comprehensive solutions to maximize business impact. Provide expert consultancy on scale-up and scale-down strategies to accelerate development timelines. Serve as the technical lead on critical opportunities to drive platform adoption. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to promote advanced bioprocessing solutions. Develop visual tools and concepts that simplify technical communication and enhance customer engagement. Author and publish application notes and platform-related papers. Support marketing initiatives for new product launches, with a focus on targeted market segments. Collaborate with product application teams to evaluate new demos and platforms. Establish regular communication channels between sales and application teams to align on business opportunities.
