About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions.
  • Maintain test frameworks to ensure efficient testing across the enterprise.
  • Work on improving automation frameworks for scalable test automation.
  • Help define and advocate for testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices in the SDLC.
  • Support efforts to address performance bottlenecks and quality gaps.
  • Contribute to the development of tools for managing test data across environments to support testing.
  • Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline, focusing on automating testing within the build and deployment process.
  • Develop and maintain automated test environments and data solutions to ensure system reliability, providing engineering teams with necessary tools.
  • Collaborate with quality engineering, product, and business teams on best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and automation. Provide guidance to junior engineers on adopting automation practices.
  • Develop and maintain tools for performance, load, and stress testing, ensuring alignment with real-world use cases. Work with infrastructure teams to configure scalable testing environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) and contribute to automated testing frameworks. Support platform quality engineering in financial technology and cloud environments.
  • Participate in the adoption of emerging testing technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's innovation and quality strategy.

  • Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
  • Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
