About The Position

Now Hiring: Plastics Buff & Assembly Supervisor Crystal Finishing Systems – Schofield, WI Are you a proven manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment? Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team and drive excellence in safety, quality, and production. This role requires 3–5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm (occasional Fridays) What You’ll Do Lead and supervise all department personnel, production activities, and daily workflow Ensure a safe work environment through PPE compliance, safety training, and incident response Drive quality performance through training, inspections, documentation, and non‑conformance control Monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance/engineering Maintain a clean, audit‑ready production floor and ensure accurate production/quality data entry Coach and develop employees, enforce policies, manage scheduling, and communicate effectively with leadership QualificationsWhat You Bring 3–5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience (required) Strong understanding of production workflows, quality processes, and blueprint/part drawing reading Experience with small hand tools; finishing or aluminum paint knowledge is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, make independent decisions, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment A leadership style that motivates, supports, and holds teams accountable Work Environment Hands‑on manufacturing environment with exposure to typical industrial materials PPE required and provided Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet production goals Why Join Crystal Finishing Systems? Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience (required)
