About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Trim and Finish position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Trim and Finish position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs Standard Work and any Supervisor/Lead requests Follows all Safety Procedures Performs finishing operations on parts to produce a finished product. Identifies and reports any scrapped product. Packages and skids finished product. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities
