About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Plasma Table Operator who takes pride in precision cutting, efficient setups, and safe, high-quality production, we want to talk to you. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of CNC programming, material selection, and plasma table optimization. Base pay is $19-$21 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.
• Strong background in CNC-based programming (waterjet, machining, laser, or similar)
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor or comparable software
• Deep understanding of fabrication workflows and safety-sensitive environments
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance)
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, push, pull, and various repetitive motions
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment
• A commitment to craftsmanship, accuracy, and safe operation

Responsibilities

• Lead plasma table programming, setup, and operation with minimal supervision
• Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and cut lists to ensure accurate part production
• Select and stage raw materials; load/unload using crane or fork truck
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and precise documentation
• Support production efficiency by grinding/de-burring parts as needed
