Second Shift Plasma Table Operator
About The Position
As a Second Shift Plasma Table Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating plasma cutting equipment and supporting downstream fabrication processes. Duties include: Operating CNC plasma cutting tables to cut steel plate and structural steel per work orders and drawings Preparing steel for cutting and forming operations Loading, positioning, and securing material using cranes, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment Removing, sorting, labeling, and staging cut parts from plasma tables Using hand torches, grinders, chippers, and other tools for cleanup and secondary operations Beveling and grinding parts to meet quality and weld requirements
Responsibilities
