Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of previous experience operating a plasma cutting machine
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good math skills and ability to use measuring tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the plasma cutting machine according to job specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting paths
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient cutting
• Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and make any necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machine
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
