About The Position

Is this you? Do you thrive on diagnosing complex electro-mechanical issues with minimal supervision? Can you read schematics, manuals, and drawings to bring equipment back online quickly? Are you comfortable requisitioning the right parts with proper nomenclature and following storeroom procedures? Do you lead by example, keeping accurate ERP records and coaching teammates through safe, ISO-aligned work? Your impact Reduce downtime by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Own the full repair cycle: diagnose, identify parts, requisition, install, verify, and document. Operate motorized/peripheral equipment and basic machine shop tools to complete repairs efficiently. Collaborate across functions, foster trust and openness, and step up to lead assigned tasks. Keep work areas clean and safe; complete shift-specific responsibilities set by the maintenance supervisor. Follow established maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records in ERP/peripheral systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma/equivalent; vocational/trade coursework in electro-mechanical disciplines is a plus.
  • Mechanical pre-employment test required.
  • Proficiency with micrometers and calipers; strong presentation skills to run effective meetings.
  • Ability to pass a multiple-choice test with a handwritten section.
  • Administrative: Accurate ERP data posting and cross-system entry.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Effective collaboration; multitasking and prioritization with composure.
  • Safety: Active participation in company safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Quality: Process discipline aligned to ISO expectations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced grasp of processes from concept through commercialization.
  • Operate Equipment: Safe operation of motorized/peripheral equipment; use of standard hand tools and basic machine shop equipment.
  • Maintenance/Repair: Advanced mechanical aptitude; deep knowledge of production methods, procedures, and equipment capabilities.
