Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Lead end-to-end plant operations and supply chain functions across multiple departments and shifts, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, production, and cost. This role oversees 200+ team members and drives continuous improvement through TPM/Lean methodologies. In this role, you will: Oversee Manufacturing Operations of the facility, aiming for high performance with span of responsibility greater than 200 people. Support pay for skill development and career advancement within the team. Owns the Logistics & Material Management function in the plant. Provide coaching and training in establishing and implementing operations excellence principles (TPM/Lean) to delivery throughput, cost, and inventory improvement. Create and own an integrated master plan for implementation, including leadership activities, maintenance systems, sustaining processes, and other loss elimination tools. Connect Business, division and local imperatives to the operations excellence work within the function. Communicate effectively, lead implementation, and analyze and review results. Develop operations excellence expertise in others Conduct process health checks, GEMBA, and learn from previous ways of working to enable best practice improvements Monitor and prioritize production workflow to meet schedules and deadlines. Provide clear direction and schedules to the manufacturing department. Ensure compliance with professional standards, including occupational health and safety and customer requirements. Manage operations to achieve daily efficiencies in line with established standards. Facilitate and coach PDCA process within scope of responsibilities to drive results. Facilitate and coach Tier 1/2/3 process within scope of responsibilities to drive results. Champion User Driven Maintenance (Autonomous Maintenance) and Asset Care activities within scope of responsibilities to drive results. Implement ITFs (Implementation Task Force) across the site. Drive focused improvement project tools to eliminate losses. Review process improvements and provide recommendations for driving results. Address issues based on root cause analysis of deviations in key performance indicators. Apply operations excellence to company processes. Inculcate the use of operations excellence tools and processes within plants to drive small to large-scale improvements that align with key business strategies. What we look for: 7 + years of manufacturing with experience in plant leadership roles 4-year degree – Supply Chain or Engineering preferred. Equivalent experience is also considered. Proven experience managing large-scale operations. Strong leadership and people development skills. Expertise in Lean/TPM and continuous improvement. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200 –Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200 –Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200 All ranges are subject to change in the future. Requirements

  • 7 + years of manufacturing with experience in plant leadership roles
  • 4-year degree – Supply Chain or Engineering preferred. Equivalent experience is also considered.
