About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing production, supervising staff, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. Pay: Based on Experience!

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant management role
• Strong leadership experience managing teams
• Hands-on experience with welding
• Experience with machine setup and teardown
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required (no degree required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience improving production processes
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production and workflow
• Manage and lead a team of 10 direct reports
• Coordinate machine setup and teardown to support production needs
• Ensure all safety, quality, and operational standards are maintained
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency
