Job Description: AriensCo is looking for a passionate Plant Manager for our snow product manufacturing plant in Brillion, WI. This role is responsible for achieving production, quality, and safety goals by managing and optimizing processes such as laser cutting, robotic metal forming and welding, and high‑volume assembly. This leader drives continuous improvement through cross‑functional collaboration, monitors key performance metrics, ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards, and fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Minimum of 5 years in a production manager, value stream manager or senior leadership role
  • Basic understanding of P&L preferred
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Live by and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
  • Lead Operational Excellence of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
  • Manage and optimize processes involving laser cutting, robotic metal forming, robotic welding, and high-volume assembly
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams including fabrication, welding, and assembly to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics) to resolve issue and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development among plant staff
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
