About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Conroe facility. This role has full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability while aligning plant performance with corporate goals. What You’ll Do Lead all plant operations, including manufacturing, engineering, materials, and customer service Own P&L , operating budgets, and capital planning Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards Develop and lead plant teams in a non-union environment Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs What We’re Looking For 10+ years in manufacturing operations, including 3+ years as a Plant Manager Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background Proven leadership, budgeting, and P&L experience Spanish fluency required Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred If you’re a hands-on leader ready to drive performance and lead a growing operation, we’d like to talk.

Requirements

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, including 3+ years as a Plant Manager
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and P&L experience
• Spanish fluency required
• Bachelor’s degree required
