About The Position

Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations Assist with preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime Follow safety procedures and actively support a strong safety culture Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment conditions clearly

Requirements

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the capability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance tools, and shop practices
  • Ability to safely follow procedures, instructions, and safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in an operational environment
  • Openness to learning, skill development, and adapting to changing priorities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to visually inspect equipment and read gauges, schematics, and documentation
  • Capacity to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
