About The Position
Grassmaster Plus is seeking a Seasonal Plant Health Care Specialist Technician to join their growing team. They are a locally owned lawn and landscape company dedicated to delivering top-quality service, healthy landscapes, and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- MA Pesticide Applicator’s License (current and active).
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of turf, tree, and shrub care best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Apply plant health care treatments including fertilization, pest management, and disease control for trees, shrubs, and turf.
- Diagnose plant health issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Safely handle and apply pesticides and fertilizers in compliance with state regulations.
- Operate and maintain spray equipment, trucks, and tools.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding services performed and recommendations.
- Accurately document applications, chemical usage, and site notes.
