About The Position

Schedule: Rotating Shift - 7a-7p every 5 weeks Your impact Lead and support your shift team through daily operations, energizing performance and fostering continuous improvement. Be the safety cornerstone: perform audits, document incidents, and investigate close calls to strengthen prevention. Guard quality: verify specifications are met and procedures are consistently applied. Elevate skills: train employees on company procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting production commitments. Connect the dots: partner with HR on payroll, staffing, and personnel or labor issues; sync with peer leaders to pass along critical information at shift change. Own results: manage output and scrap to achieve shift goals. Problem-solve in real time: collaborate with support teams to resolve process, equipment, and material challenges. If you are energized by leading people and improving processes, this role lets you do both—every shift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Management), not required.
  • At least 5 years of successful production supervision, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to master new tools and systems.
  • Independent worker who completes objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical and resourceful, with a record of quick, effective resolutions under pressure.
  • Relationship builder across hourly staff, peers, and management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; confident presenting to groups of employees, customers, or suppliers.
