About The Position

Your mission Are you ready to steer a production shift to consistent wins—meeting the plan, managing cost, and protecting quality? As the Plant Floor Operations Supervisor, you’ll guide a crew of typically 40–65 people and keep the operation running safely and smoothly. What you’ll own Align with the Scheduler so daily output targets are achieved. Organize, assign, and direct work to maintain steady throughput. Select and develop talent—interview, hire, and train employees. Evaluate performance, celebrate great work, and take corrective action when necessary. Listen to concerns, resolve conflicts, and keep the team focused. Record and submit all production data accurately on a daily basis. Advance plant quality programs to meet ongoing goals. Deploy safety programs effectively, review them routinely, and revise as conditions change. Lead with clarity, data, and care—and watch your shift deliver reliable results.
