About The Position

The Wellston Finance Manager is a cross functional role that will allow you to collaborate with peers to achieve plant goals, partner with plant operations to support business results and the plant mission, support a strong fiduciary environment, analyze metrics and reporting, and provide business insights. You will have financial leadership responsibility for the entire site, which is the single sourced producer of Totino’s Pizza and Pizza Roll products in a unionized plant with 1000+ employees. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well on team and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization and coach/develop others

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and execution of the annual operating plan, periodic financial forecasts, and monthly financial close.
  • Responsible for monitoring financial performance, identifying key risks and opportunities and develop plans to close any gaps to plant targets.
  • Supporting site delivery of annual HMM (productivity) targets.
  • Ensure Effective Financial Controls that comply with all company policies and supports the safeguarding of company assets.
  • Maintaining audit ready status of internal controls through periodic review and self-audit.
  • Support development and execution of site strategies including financial insights on capital investments
  • Provide support and leadership on cross functional plant and corporate initiatives.
