Under the direction of both Director of Plant Facilities and the VP of Support Services, this position will coordinate administrative functions provide managerial, administrative, and compliance support to the Plant Facilities Department, Grounds & Off-site practices. The position also requires being “lead” for project types that are low to moderately complex—involving collaboration with only a limited number of consultants, contractors, or vendors (following standard processes) This position requires the ability to perform complex tasks, projects, assignments, and activities at a level in the organization where professionalism and strict confidentiality is critical. Contacts are often of a critical nature and a comprehensive knowledge of the activities of these departments is vital for success.
