Imagine starting your shift with a plan—and the freedom to solve problems. You’ll: Inspect equipment throughout the day to catch defects before they become downtime Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance and record everything—time entry, work orders, notifications, corrective actions Diagnose and repair overhead cranes, shears, benders, threaders, forges, induction heaters, and welders Complete safe, full-scope repairs with hand, power, and precision tools—even at heights and in tough conditions Support building maintenance needs Order parts and supplies and track purchase requisitions when required Maintain spotless housekeeping; keep equipment and tools in peak condition Join forces with other Technicians on job orders and complex troubleshooting Cross-train and attend extensive equipment training to expand your range Champion our CMC Safety Programs and Safety Culture Jump in to handle additional duties as needed
