About The Position
The Plant and Engineering Team Lead is responsible for overseeing plant operations and engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. This role leads maintenance and engineering teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages equipment performance, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, optimizing plant performance, and supporting operational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or engineering roles.
- Experience with industrial equipment, maintenance systems, and plant operations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
