About The Position

An entry-level support role focused on administrative and clerical duties around the warehouse or production plant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production or warehouse setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including printing, filing, and maintaining production records and logs.
  • Field internal and external calls, route inquiries, and provide basic customer service.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation, labeling, and coordination with logistics.
  • Monitor and replenish non-production materials (e.g., PPE, tools, office supplies).
  • Pulling production material and delivering to departments
  • Run basic, predefined reports and assist in gathering data for production metrics.
  • Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Participate in 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
