Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Compile, enter, and report payroll and timekeeping information, including managing employee timesheets and time punches. Enter and manage work orders, track maintenance tasks, and support documentation related to truck inspections and DVIR reports. Assist with truck-related administrative tasks including permits, registrations, and oversized load permits when applicable. Track production data, finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours. Order and coordinate plant supplies such as fuel, parts, uniforms, water, and other operational materials. Provide general administrative support to plant management and serve as a key point of contact for employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors entering the facility.
