About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Compile, enter, and report payroll and timekeeping information, including managing employee timesheets and time punches. Enter and manage work orders, track maintenance tasks, and support documentation related to truck inspections and DVIR reports. Assist with truck-related administrative tasks including permits, registrations, and oversized load permits when applicable. Track production data, finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours. Order and coordinate plant supplies such as fuel, parts, uniforms, water, and other operational materials. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, plant personnel, and leadership
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with DOT regulations, truck permits, or transportation documentation strongly preferred
