About The Position

Keep production moving—own the uptime When the line pauses, you step forward. You trace symptoms to causes, apply electrical theory (yes, including Ohm's law), and turn insight into action—whether that means tuning a VFD, updating a PLC routine, or replacing a worn component. You blend hands-on skill with sharp analysis, using drawings, prints, and schematics to guide smart decisions that protect throughput. Your impact Lead system troubleshooting and analysis to restore and optimize equipment operation. Perform comprehensive electrical repairs—from minor fixes to major interventions. Resolve plant equipment issues and eliminate recurring electrical problems. Work across A.C. & D.C. drives, PLC platforms, and core motor control circuits. Interpret schematics and electrical symbols to plan accurate repairs and modifications. Execute routine care—cleaning, lubrication, and necessary changes or adjustments. Leverage mechanical prints, PI&D drawings, and technical data to inform your work. What sets you apart Multi-disciplinary capability across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical domains.
