About The Position

What you’ll tackle Set up equipment for scheduled runs and execute PMs to prevent failures before they happen. Respond to breakdowns during production; perform scheduled maintenance during service windows. Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, motors, conveyors, and servo systems; fine-tune machine controls. Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete service tasks accurately. Use hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment; operate and repair forklifts safely. Support building and facility maintenance as required. Document work performed and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in a manufacturing maintenance mechanic/technician role.
  • Hands-on experience with 480V 3-phase systems and machine controls.
  • Proven VFD and PLC troubleshooting capability.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods plus exposure to process improvement programs/procedures.
  • Forklift operation experience; able to work quickly and safely.
  • Strong multitasker in a fast-paced setting; committed to safety, learning, and development.
  • Willingness to complete training courses as assigned by management.
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
