GlenâGery, one of the nation’s leading brick manufacturers, is currently seeking an organized and detailâoriented Plant Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support across the production, financial, safety, and maintenance departments, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination, and dayâtoâday operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while supporting multiple departments with their respective administrative needs. Basic Function: The Plant Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the plant’s administrative processes. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and provides administrative support across the plant’s compliance, financial, payroll, production, and safety functions. The Plant Administrator will execute and guide related administrative duties to a high standard—ensuring work is accurate, timely, and efficient—while supporting overall business objectives in accordance with company policies, procedures, and management direction.
