Job PurposeProvides technical support for end-users with an emphasis on software application andnetwork hardware support. Resolves moderate to complex problems in support of AISserver and storage infrastructure. Interacts closely with network, communications, andsecurity administration to assist in the restoration of services and or identify and helpcorrect core problems.
