The Plant Administrator is a high-impact role that keeps our Casper facility running. The ideal candidate thrives in a "roll-up-your-sleeves" environment, handles shifting priorities with ease, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy in inventory and financial data. This role is based in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment , where priorities may shift quickly. The successful candidate must be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable responding to issues as they arise, including independently finding solutions and taking initiative when needed.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of parts and shop inventory: ordering, receiving, tracking, and auditing.
Maintain data integrity in our ERP system (SAP experience is a major asset).
Coordinate with the shop team to ensure parts are available for upcoming projects and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
Assist with accounting tasks including AP/AR data entry, invoice processing, and expense report management.
Act as the local point of contact for the corporate accounting team to resolve billing or vendor discrepancies.
Manage petty cash and local purchasing cards in compliance with company policies.
Facilitate local onboarding for new hires, including IT coordination, workspace setup, and document collection.
Maintain confidential employee files and serve as a local liaison for HR-related inquiries.
Ensure all local safety documentation and compliance materials are up-to-date and organized.
Oversee daily office operations: mail handling, supply procurement, and vendor coordination (janitorial, utilities, etc.).
Support local leadership with meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and internal reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to make Casper operations more efficient.
