Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this position is responsible for a broad array of functions. Requirements

  • Post-secondary/business administration certificate would be an asset
  • Minimum 3 year’s previous experience
  • Experience in the areas of document administration, creating / editing procedures and work instructions is strongly preferred
  • Microsoft applications and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Ability to correspond with all levels of work groups

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative, operational and general office duties
  • Process accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Review and approve time cards and assist with running weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes
  • Support site safety program
  • Support multiple areas such as, but not limited to, production, maintenance, and administrative areas
  • Other duties as assigned
