Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED, college degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5 years managing busy multi-business function administrative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Track New Hire Orientation and system set up for new employees (ex. key fob, etc)
  • Track and manage learning plans in Alchemy for all monthly required Safety and Quality Trainings. Follow-up with all non-compliant employees weekly starting the second week of each period and send out an email to all department managers of the status.
  • Complete assigned Intelex tasks to include H&S, and G6.
  • Complete all daily required personnel file management tasks.
  • Provide project support to include coordinate employee communications, review of documents, creation of documents, and assist with minor trainings.
  • Monitor/Audit time & attendance of all hourly personnel to include sending disciplinary action notices to supervisors to administer to their direct reports.
  • Manage conference room supplies, snacks and tidiness.
  • Coordinate all Townhall slides. Communicate with department heads to prepare presentation. Set up meeting, ensure slides are ready for meetings and run-through is executed.
  • Coordinate all community activities that the plant is involved in (must be lead or co-lead of KEEP committee).
  • Attend the employee engagement meetings and lead the preparation of plant events.
  • Post employee activities to Workplace (internal social media)
  • Manage Digital Signage for the plant.
  • Manage employee certifications and notify employees who are due for expiration 30 days ahead of their expiration to allow them time to get re-certified (forklift and aerial training).
  • Scan required documents to HR SharePoint portal and/or AskHR.
  • Manage lunches and visitor engagements for site.
  • Ensure onboarding of admin/salaried staff is a positive employee experience ex. Prep baskets, offices, etc.
  • Manage site POs and vendors.
  • Complete any other tasks as needed assigned by manager.
