Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company has an opening for an Customer Service Representative based at our Pittsburgh office. This position will be responsible for performing customer service functions and ERP data entry. The primary responsibilities for this position include handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing. Additional responsibilities include sending order documentation to customers, creating quotes and orders in IFS, providing order status updates, monitoring a shared inbox and phone line, and ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information. Occasional domestic travel is required.
