This Position reports to: Manufacturing Unit Manager Job Summary As a Planning & Fulfillment Manager you will l ead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Drives planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan. The work model for the role is onsite in Arecibo, PR. This role is contributing to the ELSP Americas Hub, Arecibo’s Manufacturing Site.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, etc)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Runs a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Coordinates an appropriate response to unplanned events.
• Supports the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).
• Leads regular discussions with Supply units on inbound issues, planning parameters, reverse logistics, etc.
