About The Position

Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Summary Analyze and manage policies/procedures to assure Inventory integrity and to apply controls that ensure accurate inventory costing, timely transactions, physical/system reconciliations and various reporting. Conducts and participates in various audits and responds to adverse audit findings to implement effective corrective action plans.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. Accounting or Business Administration
  • 5 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be PC literate and possess strong computer skills with applications within a Microsoft Windows/Office environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must be able to manage work to deadlines
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly reporting as established by management
  • Assist in developing and maintaining metrics
  • Support annual and periodic Audits of WIP
  • Audit WIP Jobs to verify all components have been properly issued
  • Research significant count discrepancies
  • Assess transactional records
  • Create, maintain multiple databases, analyze data, report anomalies
  • Present solutions to anomalies and drive issues to conclusion
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Support audit requests from finance
  • Prepare and assess residual inventory reports and supporting data
  • Contribute to all relative SOP and support all relative process redesign
  • Support the department in establishing, documenting and implementing new processes as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
