About The Position

This role will be working Monday to Friday on day shift and traveling throughout the tri county area. This position is responsible for all intake and enrollment functions, including meeting 1:1 with potential participants in their homes and guiding them through the PACE enrollment process, to meet enrollment targets. Assists in implementing strategies to enhance customer service throughout the organization. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Psychology, Health Care, Marketing, Business. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
• Upon hire: Fingerprinting may be required
• 1 year Experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in intake, marketing, and/or with service systems for seniors.
• Experience working in a PACE organization.
