Baylor University is seeking a Placements Manager in the Online Communication Sciences and Disorders Graduate Program department. This role supports the mission of the University by managing, assisting, and directly supporting all clinical education processes, and more importantly the students, in an effort to ensure their retention and success in clinical education, and as they forward in their career. The position requires significant contact primarily with faculty, administrators, students, and with internal and external constituents at placement sites to locate and secure clinical placements. Advanced knowledge is required in planning and completing assignments, resolving conflicts, and coordinating work. This position is also responsible for documenting and analyzing clinical data for outcomes, certification, and program planning.
