The Clinical Education Manager/Director is responsible for coordinating and supporting the organization’s clinical education initiatives across all providers. This role manages the clinical learning management system (LMS), facilitates continuing education programs, and supports clinical leadership in delivering consistent, high-quality training and professional development opportunities. The position works closely with Clinical Support Directors, clinical leadership, and operations teams to ensure educational programming, study clubs, and internal learning resources are effectively organized, communicated, and executed across the provider network. Dental operations or clinical experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be highly organized and technologically proficient, particularly within Microsoft Office, as the role involves scheduling meetings, managing communications, and supporting educational coordination across multiple teams. This position is flexible to remote/hybrid work; candidates must reside within any of our operating states and have the ability to travel as needed for in-person events/meetings.
