About The Position

ONEOK is seeking an experienced professional to join our Control Room Management compliance team. The position will be responsible for the development of reporting analytics, analysis, reporting, procedures, and processes for data generated for multiple compliance data sources. This would include Control Room Management (CRM) and other DOT compliance requirements with minimal direction. Control Room and compliance experience are a plus. Pay and title will be commensurate on experience. This role is hybrid: Office - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Remote - Wednesday and Friday

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline preferred or a combination of formal education and a minimum of 4-7 years of experience required
  • Experience reading and interpreting internal and external correspondence, governmental regulations and reports
  • Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software
  • Experience analyzing, researching and preparing applications, supporting documentation, reports, exhibits, data requests and/or correspondence
  • Experience composing, compiling, preparing reports and correspondence
  • Knowledge of: regulatory/governmental regulations
  • Knowledge of: training development and delivery
  • Ability to: perform regulatory administration researching and reporting activities
  • Ability to: communicate effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Control Room and compliance experience are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, revise and/ or prepare the data analytics/reporting necessary to advise CRM, PA, OQ and leaders/management
  • Analyze and research compliance and other records to evaluate and resolve discrepancies
  • Compile information from compliance databases in preparation of Federal and State regulatory audits and inspections and internal audits
  • Prepare and submit documentation to regulatory agencies
  • Read and interpret agency orders and regulation changes and apply to data analysis requirements
  • Develop consistency in the compliance information process across all business units
  • Provide recommendations for management related to regulatory pipline safety changes.
  • Prepare communications to inform, educate or advise internal customers on regulatory issues, to answer questions and respond to requests for information
  • Analyze, compile and/or prepare information on the following compliance activities, including but not limited to: Alarm Management Fatigue Management Change Management Regulatory Reports / Responses Training / Supporting Documents
  • Coordinate responses to data requests
  • Develop and deliver compliance training materials from internal and external sources
  • Provide training to compliance groups and business units
  • Participate in internal monthly and annual program reviews related to DOT Compliance and procedure revision
  • Participate in external regulatory inspections including Federal and State Agencies
  • Analyze key metrics and development strategies for improvement and/or mitigation
  • Maintain a documentation and records system to demonstrate compliance with management requirements, including training plans
  • Build and maintain close working relationship with pertinent operations personnel, management and regulatory groups
